$595  Listings Transaction Fee - Includes 360 Tour, 10 Pictures and Showcase on Realtor.com. You pay or clients pay, your choice

$495 Buyers Transaction Fee.  You pay or clients pay, your choice

$69.95 per month - pays for each community web site, lead generation, CMAs,  etc.

The only additional charge are mailings to your Marketing area, which we suggest should be done at least every 45 days.  We will design the mailings, print them and send them out for cost.
